Since opening in February 2004, Your Family Dentist, PC has been providing high quality dental care in a state-of-the-art dental office to patients of all ages.

Dr. YatiDr. Yati Yadav, DDS, FAGD
Dr. Yati Yadav, DDS, FAGD is a perfectionist and an artist focusing on all areas of general dentistry, especially smile enhancement and reconstructive dentistry to ensure that your smile lasts a lifetime.

Dr. Yati, a 1999 graduate of Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago, was born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia and has a BS degree in Microbiology from the University of British Columbia.

Dr. Yati is one of only 7% of all dentists in the nation who have earned the prestigious Fellowship designation with the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD). Dr. Yati Yadav is a member of the American Dental Assn, Arizona Dental Assn, Academy of General Dentistry, Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, International Assn of Orthodontics and the Academy of Implant Dentistry.

 

Dr. DaphneDr. Daphne Velazquez, DDS
Dr. Daphne Velazquez, DDS graduated from the Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2002. Dr. Daphne enjoys making patients feel comfortable and involved in their dental treatment, focusing on prevention to form lifelong good dental habits. Dr. Daphne Velazquez, DDS’s gentle approach and excellent clinical skills will make you and your family more comfortable than you ever thought possible.

 

 

 







Brenda Yadav– Business Manager
As part of the Your Family Dentist team since “Day One”, Brenda maximizes the teamwork and family atmosphere that compliment your dental care. Brenda’s 15 years of marketing experience, along with her friendly and caring attitude, ensures an energetic team committed to your excellence and comfortable care.

Debbie – Front Office
Debbie joined our team with 30 years experience in dentistry, specializing in assisting and the front office. This only adds to Debbie’s ability to cheerfully answer your questions, schedule appointments and handle all phases of the front office. Debbie is proud to help make your dental experience a pleasant one.

Connie – Front Office
With over 27 years serving patients in dental offices, Connie is committed to helping patients maintain and achieve the ultimate in dental health. Connie’s experience and knowledge with insurance benefits and financial arrangements help you to realize the smile of your dreams. Connie consistently strives to make every dental visit an exceptional patient experience.

Karen – Front Office
Karen brings to our team over 16 years experience in dentistry. Karen will keep you smiling by simplifying and streamlining patient questions, appointments, insurance benefits, financial arrangements and to help your dental experience be one of complete satisfaction.

Christina – Dental Assistant
Christina graduated from Dental Assisting School in San Antonio, Texas in 2003. Christina’s number one concern is our patient’s comfort. She has a cheerful attitude, caring personality and enjoys working with children.

Adriana – Dental Assistant
Adriana brings many years of dental experience to Your Family Dentist. She is caring, thorough in her treatment of our patients and enjoys making them feel an important part or our dental family.

Eva – Dental Assistant
Eva brings a lot of talent and a warm and friendly attitude to our day. Eva strives to treat each patient as if they were a family member.
